The Marshall Lady Bobcats sweep through their opening round match Tuesday in the 2A State Volleyball Tournament at Mansfield.
The Lady Bobcats held off the Palenstine-Wheatley Lady Patriots in the first game 25-22 then rolled to take the other two games and the match 25-13, 25-14.
Marshall plays against Lavaca in the second round of the state tournament this afternoon at 4:00.
