Two of Branson's Teams faced home contests on Tuesday night, both heard on MOARK Sports.

In softball action, the Lady Pirates and visiting Carl Junction had to wait out a one hour lightning delay before they could play their Ozark Mountain Conference opener. Branson got off to a good start tallying a run in the bottom of the first but the Lady Bulldogs took over from their, getting two runs in the second, three in the third, and eventually building to a 10-2 win.

Meanwhile inside Pirate Gym, the Lady Pirates renewed their rivalry with the Reeds Spring Lady Wolves in volleyball action in a match heard on MOARK Sports/Perry Phillips Sports. While the two teams have had classic match-ups in the past, the Lady Pirates have dominated the series recently, and won their sixth in a row winning in a sweep Tuesday evening 3-0.
