College of the Ozarks Basketball Season Underway

The College of the Ozarks Basketball Teams have begun their 2025-26 seasons.

The Lady Bobcats evened their record at 2-2 after a 71-57 home win over Stephens College. The Lady Bobcats began their season with a win over University of St. Mary 91-70 while losing games in-between to Evangel and LSU-Shreveport.

The Men's team has one win in three games with the win coming last weekend at homecoming against Crowley's Ridge 76-61 while dropping contests to Evangel and a two-point loss to William Woods.

Both teams will begin Sooner Athletic Conference play Thursday against Oklahoma Panhandle State at Point Lookout.
