High School Football action covers two days this week.

While the annual Backyard Battle between Reeds Spring and Hollister is happening on Saturday, there is still plenty of High School Football action in the region tonight.

The Branson Pirates play their final regular season home game against Springfield Hillcrest. The Pirates take a six-game winning streak into their contest with the Hornets, who have two victories on the season though one came last week in a big win over Marshfield.

Meanwhile, the Harrison Goblins play the second of three straight home games as they entertain Pea Ridge. After dropping their first two conference, the Goblins rebounded last week with a big win over Clarksville.

The other MOARK team in action tonight is Forsyth, as they are on the road at Buffalo.

Tonight’s action can be heard online at MOARK Sports with Hillcrest at Branson also on Legends 1063 and Pea Ridge at Harrison on New Country 1029. The Tailgate Program will originate in Branson prior to game coverage on Legends 1063.

There are other games just outside the MOARK region tonight with both Berryville and Green Forest at home to Gravette and Gentry respectively while to the north, Ozark has a home contest tonight against Lebanon.

The game for the Backyard Battle Trophy Saturday this year is in Hollister with the Tigers hosting the Reeds Spring Wolves. Kick-off is at 1:00 with a special Tailgate Program on MY 100.1 beginning at 11:00 followed by the game on both MOARK Sports and MY 100.1.
