One of the area's standout high school basketball players has made a college decision.
Forsyth's Tanner Baird signed a Letter of Intent to continue his education at Missouri Southern State University in Joplin. Baird played three of his four seasons as a member of the Panthers squad as well as spending his junior year at Link Academy in Branson.
Baird thanked his Panther teammates for welcoming him back after a year away and for their support during the season.
Baird helped the Panthers to a 20-win season, a tie for the Mid-Lakes Conference Championship, and a second place finish in the Class 4 District Tournament.
