The final tune-ups for area High School Football Games are taking place this week.
For MOARK Schools, the Harrison Goblins had their Benefit Scrimmage Game at Rogers-Heritage on Tuesday while the Branson Pirates, the Week One opponent for the Goblins in the annual Pella Windows and Doors Border Battle, will conduct their annual Red-Black Scrimmage game this evening at Pirate Stadium starting at 7:00.
The other three MOARK Schools, Forsyth, Hollister, and Reeds Spring, will take part in multiple team jamborees.
The Forsyth Panthers will travel to Mount Vernon and take part in a jamboree with the Mountaineers along with McDonald County and Strafford.
The Hollister Tigers are also on the road for a jamboree traveling to Sarcoxie where they will be joined by three other schools, Adrian, Ash Grove, Liberty, and Stockton.
Reeds Spring will take part in a three team jamboree with the Wolves going to Rogersville to go up against the Wildcats along with Hillcrest.
All area teams open a week for tonight.
